UCD Transportation and Parking Services (TAPS) offers a range of alternative transportation services and even some discounts for commuters, but you have to do some leg- and paperwork to get the deals. Check out

Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) has a great set of
Stress and Wellness resources to help you deal you’re your stressors – both external and internal. Especially useful to this user have been the podcasts for Mindfulness and Relaxation – a great tool for commuters (just make sure to keep your eyes open if you’re driving!)
