The GSA has several committees it uses to help conduct its own internal operations. Unlike on Campus Committees, these committees are all about working with your fellow grad students to accomplish a goal. Any student can be a member of these committees.
Submitting a committee interest form is a good way of letting us know you're interested in helping out:

External Affairs - will be periodically meeting with legislators to discuss issues of import to graduate students. We are actively soliciting graduate students with an interest in politics and advocacy to help us research issues and build relationships with our representatives in Sacramento.
