This is a Graduate Student Centre Proposal from 2005. Given the current fiscal state of California, it is unlikely to come into fruition in the near future. However, it remains a proposition the GSA is open to implementing.
Graduate Community Center Proposal: A Brief Summary
Purpose

To give rise to and sustain a cohesive graduate and professional student body that encompasses and supports the richness of our ethnic and disciplinary approaches to academia.

Various Graduate student groups responsible for own furnishings, technology, etc. This proposal was part of Sheri Tatsch's 2003-04 action agenda during her term as Graduate Student Assistant to the Dean and Chancellor. We thank Sheri for all of her hard work and we look forward to working with the Office of Graduate Studies to make this project come to fruition for future graduate students.
