I have a room that I want to sublet for the summer, from mid-June to August 31, as I will be going abroad; the room will be available at around June 19 (I will inform you of the exact date as soon as my travel plans are finalized) and has a walk-in closet.
The place is a three-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom apartment in the Piñon apartment complex on Guava Lane, just one block away from Trader Joe's, two blocks away from Rite Aid, and a short bike ride away from campus (~10 minutes to get to the Physics building). The rent for my room is $548.34 per month.
One of my roommates (we are all physics grad students) will also be subletting her room (which is the same size as mine and also has a walk-in closet), which will be available starting from the end of spring quarter (June 15); the rent for that room is also $548.34 per month.
We are looking for clean, tidy, responsible people to rent our rooms this summer.
My other roommate is a clean, quiet, studious person who will be living there during the summer as well. (There is also a possibility that she may be subletting her room, for which the rent would be $598.32, as it is bigger than the other two; however, at present she isn't sure yet if she will be subletting it.)

I am a 26 y/o male grad student in microbiology and need a new place for the 2012-2013 year. I'll probably need to move in August since that is when my current lease ends. I want to stay close to UCD, but I'm willing to move into the surrounding areas (Sacramento, Dixon, Woodland, etc) if the situation is right. I don't smoke or do drugs, and I only drink occasionally. I'm looking for another male who is both gay friendly and Christian friendly, respectful, relatively clean (but he doesn't have to be crazy about it), drug free, a non-smoker, and not a partier (I like my quiet since I need to study). I consider myself a respectful and even likeable person and would love a roommate I really "click" with, but my school schedule keeps me quite busy and I'm hoping to find someone who understands if there are times when I can't socialize much.

Need a place to stay for Winter & Spring quarter?
