Francis Hsu is currently serving his 5th term as a representative in the GSA Assembly for the 2008-09 year.
Francis has the unique distinction of losing a GSA election 5 times in one day — tying BrentLaabs lifetime loss record. (Brent may still be ahead though: he also lost a mock election in 
ASUCD.)
